This was our second stay at Annettes beautiful place - this time with our 10 month old baby boy. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed (baby bed, high chair, baby bath) and is located perfectly for walks to the nearby shops and the sea. Thank you, Annette, for having us and making this a wonderful stay.

Die Wohnung von Annette hat wirklich alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Sie ist sehr gemütlich, mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, und absolut sauber. Für unsere Tochter war ein Babybett sowie ein Hochstuhl vorhanden. Sie hat sich sehr über die Bausteine und die vielen kleinen Stofftiere und Meerestiere gefreut, die zum Spielen bereit lagen. Auch an eine extra Verdunkelung für das Schlafzimmerfenster wurde gedacht. Des Weiteren waren verschiedene Gewürze, Kaffee, Filtertüten, Öl Essig, etc. vorhanden, so dass man auch ohne Großeinkauf kochen konnte. Die Lage ist top, das Meer, ein Supermarkt und viele Cafes, Beachbars und Restaurants sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Obwohl alles so nah ist, ist es dort herrlich ruhig. Man kann zum Ein-und Ausladen bequem vor dem Haus halten, ansonsten kann man einen von Annette zur Verfügung gestellten, kostenloser Parkplatz, der ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig entfernt liegt, nutzen. Es gibt eine zusammengestellte Mappe in der Wohnung, die alle nützlichen Tipps für einen tollen Aufenthalt bereithält. Absolut weiter zu empfehlen, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Annettes kleines, wunderschönes Häuschen ist fantastisch ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Unterkünfte die mit so viel Geschmack und Liebe zum Detail geplant wurden findet man selten. Überhaupt ist Annette eine fantastische Gastgeberin! Jederzeit ansprechbar und hilfsbereit ist Sie immer da, wenn man Sie braucht. Vielen Dank Annette für Deine Unterstützung und die Freude die Du den Kindern mit den Boogieboards gemacht hast! Zum Haus gehört eine herrliche Terrasse, hier kann man im Sonnenschein frühstücken oder gemütlich verweilen. Das Bad ist zugegebener Maßen winzig, aber sehr funktional, die Dusche ist heiß und verfügt über einen fantastischen Druck. Die Lage im Ort finde ich perfekt! Das Häuschen liegt im schmucken Teil von Zandvoort und absolut ruhig. Strand und alle Geschäfte sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Sehr haben uns auch unsere Ausflüge nach Amsterdam und nach Haarlem gefallen, mit dem Zug oder dem Fahrrad gut zu erreichen! Und zu guter Letzt bleibt mir noch zu sagen, dass die Niederländer einfach ein unglaublich warmherziges, freundliches und absolut cooles Volk sind! Wir kommen jederzeit sehr gerne wieder!

Annette ist eine tolle Gastgeberin und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eine gemütliche, saubere Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht, fußläufig zum Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Bahnhof. Es ist super ruhig und wir konnten uns prima erholen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Excellent apartment hidden away in the center of Zandvoort. The apartment was spotless. Annette was very approach before and during our stay. She left a very helpful travel guide in the apartment for us with all the best restaurants and places to visit in Zandvoort, and in near by towns, Haarlem, Amsterdam city etc. Definetly stay here if you want some where stylish and comfortable to stay in the heart of Zandvoort.

Annette was a nice and uncomplicated host. We had everything there we needed. Also several supermarkets, as well as a tennis court and the sea is in a walking distance. We had a great stay in Zandvoort!

Annette has been a fantastic host! She was very warm and responsive, she advised us about the best way to get to Amsterdam and things to do around Zandvoort. The apartment is very comfortable and cosy. The location was perfect for our purposes (day-trips to different locations) and the beach is just a 10-minutes walk. The stairs to the bedroom are steep for children, but we had no problems with out 3-years-old daughter. We couldn't enjoy Zandvoort and Haarlem as much as we would like, so we have an excuse to come back!!

Ich kann nur eins sagen, „Wow“:) Diese Wohnung ist ein (Website hidden by Airbnb) ist liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen kleinen Details.Wir(mein Mann und unsere 1jährige Tochter) haben sich wie zu Hause gefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber und die Küche hatte alles zu bieten, was man benötigt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr gut.Es ist alles schnell zu erreichen. Nur eins sollte man bedenken, außerhalb der Session hat vieles geschlossen. Annette hat eine Mappe mit vielen Tipps bereit gestellt.Sie ist eine ganz wundervolle/kinderfreundliche Frau.Wir kommen gerne wieder:)

Wir und unsere 9 Monate alte Tochter hatten eine tolle Woche in Annettes Appartment. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll und gemütlich gestaltet - man fühlt sich sofort sehr wohl. Die Lage ist einfach perfekt für lange Strandspaziergänge (auch mit Kinderwagen am Strand) oder auch zum Sport machen (Laufen oder Rennrad). Zandvoort ist eine kleine, niedliche Stadt und Haarlem und Amsterdam sind auch prima zu erreichen. An einigen Tagen war das Wetter nicht so sonnig, aber in der Wohnung lässt es sich selbst an Regentagen gut aushalten und ist perfekt zum erholen geeignet.

Unsere Woche zwischen den Jahren in Annettes Appartement war wunderschön! Die Wohnung ist gemütlich und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles was man braucht da und Annette dazu eine wirklich nette Gastgeberin die alle möglichen Infos über Land, Leute, Veranstaltungen zur Hand hat. Die traumhafte Natur in der Umgebung macht Spaß: das Meer ist quasi fast vor der Haustür, der ausgedehnte Nationalpark mit den Dünen (wenn man Glück hat begegnet man dort übrigens sogar Wisenten) auch nur wenige Autominuten entfernt. Wer selber kochen will findet zwei Supermärkte in direkter Nähe, ansonsten gibt es viele niedliche Cafés und Restaurants. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert!

Simply perfect! The place is very cozy and stylish with an extraordinary splash of detail. We like to thank Annette for her hospitality and this hidden gem. For rainy days just chill on the couch with Netflix or play cards ;-) Everything else was as described – close to the beautiful beach, dunes, nice restaurants and bars... we would definitely come back.spacious, cozy, love for details, easy going host, felt like home ..

Annette was kind to let us come to the loft earlier than check-in. She met us there and gave us a tour of the loft with instructions on how to use things, rules, etc. In addition, she has a guidebook complete with recommendations for apps, restaurants, sightseeing, etc. The apartment itself is adorable and beautifully decorated. It's small, but it never felt like we didn't have enough room. The only problem I could see with the apartment is that it's on the 4th floor with no elevator, but that's in the listing and we expected it. The apartment is in a safe location close to the tram, the bus, and the metro. We got the 96 hr GVB transportation pass which covered all three - super useful. What's nice is that the metro gets you right into the heart of the city and comes every 4 min or so. The apartment is close to grocery stores and restaurants. If you want to spend a day in East Amsterdam, you're in a great location. (Our favorite restaurant was Eddy Spaghetti!) Overall, great stay in Annette's place. Would stay there again if we ever come back to Amsterdam

Wir haben uns in Annettes Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist sehr charmant eingerichtet und entsprach unserem Geschmack. Für ein Paar mit Kind war die Größe absolut ausreichend. Außerdem ist die Lage perfekt, insofern als dass das Meer und das Zentrum in der Nähe sind. Die Absprachen mit Annette liefen super und die Tipps die wir von Ihr erhalten haben waren eine große Hilfe. Wir würden Annette wieder als Gastgeberin wählen :-)

Staying at Annette's loft made for a wonderful experience in Amsterdam. Our flight was delayed 20 hours and Annette helped us stay positive through our communications and was extremely flexible with our new arrival time. We were greeted by the downstairs neighbor who showed us the ins and outs of the apartment, gave us some great advice, and made us feel welcome. The stairs are steep to the loft, but once you get to the top you are rewarded with a large patio and wonderful view. The loft is the perfect size for two and is well appointed with everything you need. Plenty of storage, outlets (don't forget to bring a continental Europe electrical adapter if you are coming from the US), toaster oven, utensils, coffeemaker, towels and more. The bed is super comfortable and there is plenty of seating space. The location is also perfect. It gives you the opportunity to experience the local culture just outside of the touristy Centrum area, but also the opportunity to get to the tourist attractions (Rijk, Van Gogh, Heineken) quickly. The metro and trams are located 5 minutes away giving quick access to anywhere within minutes. Make sure to get an OV chip card prior to taking trams anywhere. There is an Albert Heijn supermarket just 5 minutes away making it easy to pick up snacks. After long days playing tourist we came back to the loft and relaxed on the patio with wine, toasted bread, meats, cheeses, and jazz on our Bose radio (I recommend bring one if you like music). It was a relaxing setting. There is wireless in the loft that is fast and easy to connect. There is also Apple TV if you want to watch a movie. Overall, I would stay here again and highly recommend it to any couple wanting to experience Amsterdam. Thank you Annette!

Extremely cosy and loveable loft! We instantly fell in love with the interior and all the little details in it. It was very clean and organised. Annette had prepared a lot of information regarding Amsterdam - places to visit, restaurants, bars, etc - everything with pictures and newspaper cuts. Even though we couldn't meet Annette herself, her husband checked us in, told us everything and explained every a lot about the city and loft itself. The apartment looks exactly like the photos and even though the stairs are indeed quite steep - that's something completely natural for Amsterdam (a lot of other houses were like that - it's part of what the city is). Overall we had a great time in Amsterdam and thanks to this amazing loft we had a great place to sleep and relax (the terrace is very neat and cosy too).

We had a wonderful experience at Annette's Loft. Though you have to walk up a few flights of stairs to get there, its worth the climb. The apartment was really unique and instantly felt homey. The space itself felt more than enough for a couple. The location itself is great, with quick access to the metro and tram as well as a number of great bars, restaurants and cafes.

I can totally recomment a stay at Annette's place. The house was just perfect for us as a young couple; cozy, tasteful interior and with everything you need. Beach and the small town are in walking distance and Annette was just the perfect host, friendly and very helpful. We enjoyed our stay so much that we even extended our stay for one more night.

Me and my girlfriend stayed in the loft for four nights and we loved it. It was clean, very lovely equipped and we liked the huge balcony. As you can see in the description and on the pictures, it is small, but just enough space for us and it is also part of the flair of the whole house. You should also know that you can hear the other people leaving and entering their appartments and that you will be out of breath once you reach the fourth story of the building. The location is good, it is only a 5 minutes walk to the next metro station and from there it's a 5 minute ride into the city center. We had dinner in two nice restaurants nearby, the next supermarket is next to the metro station and lots of rent-a-bikes are really close. Annette, the host, is great. We only saw her once when she welcomed us to the loft. She prepared lots of tourist information and a big folder with nice stops and restaurants close to the loft. We would recommend everyone to stay in Annette's loft during their stay in Amsterdam.

Annette es una gran anfitriona, muy amable y predispuesta respondiendo a todas nuestras inquietudes. Nos sentimos muy a gusto desde el primer momento. El apartamento es espacioso, muy bien ubicado cerca del centro y de la estación de trenes, y cuenta con todo lo necesario (y más). El barrio es tan tranquilo que hacía mucho tiempo que no encontrábamos una calidad de sueño tan buena. Viajamos con nuestro hijo de un año y medio, y durmió como hacía mucho tiempo que no lo hacía. Sin dudas lo recomiendo para los que buscan tranquilidad y comodidad para viajar en familia. Ojalá podamos volver.

My friend and I had such a great time at Annette´s apartment. I´ve never seen such a lovely decorated holiday apartment before, it´s very comfortable und you can feel like home. I would stay there forever if I could (-: Within a few minutes walk you can reach the city center of Zandvoort with grocery stores, cafés and restaurants. Zandvoort is perfect to combine a city trip to Amsterdam with a relaxing beach holiday. One day I am sure that I will come back and stay at Annette´s again.

This was our second visit staying with Annette, but this time we had the wonderful opportunity to stay in her newly updated summerhouse apartment. If there is someone that "gets" the Airbnb hosting experience, it is Annette. She is an amazing host - very friendly, helpful, outgoing, etc... THE LOCATION - centrally located in the nice village/town of Zandvoort. Perfect for walks to the beach or running your furry friend in the sand dunes. THE APARTMENT - very well decorated and extremely comfortable. It has all the amenities of home. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you would need. The bedroom is upstairs and the bed is HUGE as it is 3 twin beds pushed together as 1 bed. Such a good night sleep with high quality bed linens. Couch is comfortable for relaxing. Bathroom is recently renovated with a larger shower, great water pressure. Private entrance to the apartment through the yard. THE HOST - Too many positive adjectives to describe Annette - she is definitely a SUPER HOST. She will do just about anything for you and ensure your stay is perfect. IF you have the chance to stay with her, do not miss it!

Wir wurden von einer Freundin von Annette herzlich begrüßt und eingewiesen. Das Apartment war ausgesprochen schön, sehr gut ausgestattet und super sauber. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Am Strand ist man in max. 10 Min zu Fuß, ein Gut aufgestellter Supermarkt ist nur 5 Min. entfernt. Super praktisch ist auch der Parkplatz, der in dem Preis der Vermietung enthalten ist, da es äußert schwer ist, in dieser Gegend einen (günstigen) Parkplatz zu finden. Annette haben wir am Tag der Abreise kennengelernt. Sie ist ausgesprochen sympathisch und offen. Auf unsere vielen Fragen vor und während des Aufenthalts, hat sie immer innerhalb kürzester Zeit reagiert. Fazit: absolut empfehlenswert, 5 Sterne, gerne wieder!
